SPF - There should be a single SPF record on all domains and subdomains

Modified on Tue, 8 Oct at 11:43 AM

If you get the error "There should be a single SPF record on all domains and subdomains", it mean that there is no SPF record on your root domain. By default Concepts2Code will not send mail from your root domain, but it is still important for your email reputation that you have SPF records on all domains.

If you are not sending any email from your root domain add the following record to your domain:

TXT "v=spf1 -all"

This will tell mail servers to reject any email from that root domain.

If you are using your root domain to send email, contact the email vendor that is sending from the root domain and ensure the proper SPF record is setup for that service.
