If you are currently using NMI as a gateway use the following link to access instructions on how to acquire the Security Key. Once you have gathered this information, forward to our support team at [email protected] and our team will configure your payment portal.

The NMI User that you link the security key to should have at minimum the following highlighted permissions.
Troubleshooting
If you get the message "You do not have permission to use the Customer Vault" this probably means the check box at the bottom is not checked.
