Anytime a consumer is sent an email from a batch (mass email), there will be a link at the bottom to Unsubscribe. The user may unsubscribe using that link at anytime. If the consumer chooses not to unsubscribe using that link, but communicates their desire to unsubscribe some other way (ex: over the phone, a direct email, or a letter), an agent can unsubscribe the user internally. To do this follow the directions below:
Navigate to the Consumer Search page. Enter the reference number to search for the account. Click on the account.

Once the account is pulled up, click on Edit Personal Information.
Select the Action drop down and choose Unsubscribe from Collection Emails.
You will have the option to unsubscribe This account only or All packeted accounts.
After you have selected the correct options, click on Unsubscribe and your changes will be applied.
